Health is the most important thing in your life. You can have great friends, lots of money in your bank account, nice holidays planned; without health it is worth nothing. If you are not in good health, you can’t start anything. Chained to your bed, to everything you depend on, you sit there with your good behaviour. If only you had taken action earlier, earlier seized the opportunity to turn your life around and start tackling your health. So; now it is high time for that. It’s not too late, we are going to help you improve your health and we are going to do this with three very simple, concrete tips. All we ask is that you pay a little attention to reading this blog, implementing the tips and then having the discipline to stick to them.
Measuring is knowing and that also applies to your health. If you measure things, you know where you stand. Buy a smart body analysis scale, for example. With it you can see many things like your weight, fat percentage, muscle mass, metabolic age, quality of muscle mass, BMI, and much more. If you keep track of this and step on it regularly, it will tell you a lot about where you are at the moment and whether you are making progress or not. In combination with keeping track of your food in an app, this is already a very good start. If you really want to get serious, you can also choose to buy a medical scale. These will give you even more information, are more accurate, and last even longer, even if you thought they couldn’t. Weigh yourself frequently on one of the two scales and keep track of your food every day. Record it in a diary of some kind for a better overview.
Move and consume
As we have already said, keeping track of your food is essential, but it’s also time to start eating right. Choose a diet that suits you and that you can maintain, so the occasional sweet (not too much) is part of that. Make sure you eat a varied diet, that you get what you need and not too little plus that you eat unprocessed and natural food as much as possible. Also, try to drink at least 2 liters of water every day. Regular exercise is also important. Preferably real sports, but half an hour of walking every day is a good start!
